The Collective

In 2013, 8325 Associates purchased a 1901 English Tudor mansion in Detroit’s Historic Indian Village, and launched its first business incubator, The Collective. 8325 Associates is a commercial real estate development company. Our core focus is developing business cooperatives with an emphasis on arts, cultural, and social entrepreneurs. We hope to cultivate small business development by providing cooperative services and affordable retail and studio space for businesses and emerging artists. To market and promote the businesses housed in the collective, we pool resources to host special events, artist’s receptions, and live music performances.
