A guilty pleasure of going to the supermarket was coming home with a container of freshly baked cookies from the bakery. As we transitioned to a vegan diet, that changed and we started baking our own vegan cookies almost weekly. What started as a genuine love for baking and trying new recipes for the household and friends, turned into an opportunity to share delicious, flavorful cookies to those also struggling to find freshly baked vegan cookies.
