Established in 2017. Located in Abbott Square Market, Veg On The Edge is a fast-casual restaurant serving 100% vegan cuisine with a West African twist. We offer a menu of rich, flavorful dishes influenced by our West African roots, from Sweet Potato Peanut soup to Yaji Mushroom rice to fresh juices and smoothies. Compassion is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we only serve entirely vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free entrees made with mostly organic ingredients. Combined with our bright, cheerful atmosphere, we're proud to be a fun and accessible place that people of all diets will love right here in Santa Cruz.
