Colombian-born Jesus Caicedo established Skål in 2018 with his Danish partner, Caroline Sølver, inspired by their travels together. Skål combines Danish hygge, Colombian hospitality and Bed-Stuy energy and is offering a brunch concept based on smaller dishes to pick and choose from - helping us reduce food waste. Our food is mostly organic, locally sourced and always made to order.
