Sites and Insights Tours, Inc. is owned and operated by Al Miller, Certified Tour Guide, Lecturer, Author, Community Historian, & Realtor with Pathway Real Estate Group, LLC. Al has 34 years experience as a Licensed Tour Guide, and 20 years experience as a Real Estate Agent. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of area history, Al is very involved in local performing arts and has been a member of the Choraliers Music Club since 1987. As a result, he has become familiar with local culture & lifeways while performing at countless concerts & presentations that reflect the African American musical experience. He is an active member of Ebenezer A.M.E. Church and life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He holds a BA in English and Speech-Dramatic Arts from Baptist College at Charleston ( now known as Charleston Southern University). Al’s retelling of the people & events that have shaped a modern city is infused with a unique blend of music, history, & storytelling.
