Juanita & Maude honors my mother and grandmother, who loved adventure but also the comfort of home. Their spirits represent the playful paradoxes you'll find here. The menu changes daily but is always rooted in tradition. A neighborhood bar and intimate restaurant featuring a personal take on American Cuisine. Chef Scott Eastman (formerly of Corso Ristorante) will be picking up where he left off, exploring "New American" dishes leaning towards Italian and German influence to start. Serving craft cocktails and honest food prepared using classical and modern techniques.
