Irie Caribbean Kitchen & Bakery is a small family owned restaurant here in Brooklyn NY. The restaurant was started by Tracey and Herbert Gordon in 2015. I’ve always been an entrepreneur and found opening up a restaurant the next best step after enjoying my dad’s good cooking over the last 20+ years. The chef has been cooking for many different restaurants over the years. Some may call him a celebrity in the culinary field.
