Ink Harlem

Chef Darryl Burnette and his wife/partner Melissa opened their chef’s table Belle Harlem in the fall of 2016. As long time residents of Central Harlem the Burnettes saw an opportunity to provide the same culinary artistry and hospitality they provide at Belle for breakfast and lunch. The couple connected with their business neighbor Claud Fatu, also a Harlem resident, who has owned and operated neighborhood favorite Harlem Nights Bar since 2015 and owns/operates Fatu Construction, and they all decided to partner together to open a beautifully designed chef driven cafe in the space next door. Ink will be open from 8am-2pm seven days per week serving Malongo coffee and espresso drinks and a lovely selection of teas along side Chef Darryl’s culinary creations with a French cafe influence and fresh bagels daily. We have lots of outdoor seating on our covered patio and offer free WIFI for guests and space inside for vaccinated guests featuring 3 swing seats-our metaphor for swinging back from the challenges of 2020 using our own momentum. Please limit your time to one hour with purchase. Please do not bring outside food or drink. We look forward to your visit!
