Hibiscus Brew opened in the summer of 2020 in the middle of the great pandemic. While we know it seems like a weird time to start a new business – we know this. We love this community and feel like feeding it though this unprecedented time just makes sense! Just steps from Prospect Park in Prospect Lefferts Gardens we are also within walking distance of the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Hibiscus Brew is a place for inspiration, and conversation – we want to feed your body, your mind, and your spirit. We take pride in offering quality food with neighborhood charm. Our inspiration comes from the vibes of our home island of Jamaica; it combines the best ingredients with a big personality. With love for good food and better days ahead.
