In the summer of 2018, Mashelle Sykes, founder and operator of Fusion Flare, decided to start a new culinary journey on the west side of Detroit. Through her love of food and family she has created a menu that utilizes fresh, local ingredients to provide a high end experience at a reasonable price in the neighborhood. Fusion Flare Kitchen and Cocktails is a place where family, friends and newcomers are always welcome for any occasion. Mashelle is excited to share her love of high end casual food with Detroit.
