Our organization provides classes in fitness, mentoring, entrepreneurship, physical development, and community enrichment for the ages of 9 and above to the city of Detroit. Our mission is to provide everyone with a means to stay healthy. Everyone can benefit from our classes which are not just affordable but life lessons that instill personal growth for all ages. Our classes include Afro-Brazilian Folkloric dance Capoeira Angola, and Batucada Brazilian drumming. Through hard work, we grow together and reach new heights within the community.
