Black Surfing Association- Rockaway

The Black Surfing Association (BSA) is a non-profit organization based in Rockaway Beach, Queens. Started in 2016 by Lou Harris, we give free lessons to local children. Harris started the BSA after hearing an incident in 2014, leading us to strive to keep the local children active and occupied.
