Alibi Lounge is a New York City-based Gay Bar located in Harlem. Alibi Lounge is a chic nightspot offering specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and snacks. Owner, Alexi Minko, opened the bar to create a safe place for all LGBTQ+ citizens of New York. A culturally significant spot, Alibi Lounge is one of the last black-owned gay bars in NYC. Community commitment and inclusivity are pillars of Alibi Lounge and these attributes extend far beyond our walls. Alibi Lounge’s commitment to aiding others is shown through their partnership with The Rustin Fund for Global Equality and their donations to Nonprofits such as Initiative For Strategic Litigation in Africa (ISLA).
