Alchemy Coffee Collective

Alchemy is a Black worker-owned & operated coffee collective based in Berkeley, CA. Our structure and operations are heavily influenced by the cooperative framework of being democratically run with all collective members having an equal voice, where our labor is genuinely valued & appreciated and with the goal of freeing ourselves from the extractive, exploitative grasp of capitalism in order to gain personal & financial sovereignty.
