About the Baker (Tina)... When I was planning my own wedding, I decided I wanted to make my wedding cake. I was determined to create a showstopping delicious wedding cake. I read many books, consulted professional bakers and took many classes, spending many hours in the kitchen learning how to bake from scratch. My wedding cake didn't disappoint. I started getting requests to make cakes for family and friends and then their family and friends and it's turned into a business where my passion is to create custom cakes and desserts that delight.
