After visiting Louisiana, where my mom was born and raised, and me spending so many summer vacations in Louisiana, my mom and I decided to bring our love of Cajun flavors to the modern dining mecca of the San Francisco/Bay Area. We wanted to combine the authentic tastes of home with the new forward-thinking food movements of Northern California to the present traditional, Louisiana Cajun dining experience.
